Davidson Kempner, Hong Kong office expansion and renovation project

A fitting-out project for a financial company at Central LHT Tower with total area around 5,000sq.ft. From half of the floor expanding to whole floor which needs phasing to be well-coordinated. Responsible for being the MEP designer and project coordinator.
