SC Consultants Limited, founded in 2015, is a MEP engineering and sustainability consultancy based in Hong Kong. Our vision is to add value by integrating innovative and sustainable elements into an effective and efficient MEP design, and secure a well-balanced living environment for the generations to come.

Our founder, Simon Chung, is an experienced and established professional engineer in Hong Kong.  Simon served as the Director of Ove Arup & Partners Hong Kong for 30 years until his retirement, where he held contract management positions on a variety of projects, including infrastructure, railway, commercial, institutional and industrial works in Hong Kong, PRC, and South-East Asia Region. Simon is also passionate about promoting the Hong Kong construction industry. He is an active member in multiple disciplinary panels ranging from government ordinances and professional institutions alike. Simon's strive for engineering excellence drives him to shares his knowledge with the young engineers and inspire them in upholding a high professional standard.
