CAMPUS REDEVELOPMENT PLAN, HONG KONG UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY

A holistic review of the HKUST campus, including their existing operating conditions, installed E&M systems capacity, energy usage, EUI, etc.; complete with a feasibility study. Main deliverables is a redevelopment plan based on various tiers of campus improvement. Energy efficiency, future expansion capacity, and maintainability were all considered.
