The objective is to carry out an all-encompassing sustainable MEP design by incorporating passive design
elements to improve the comfort level of its occupants whilst minimizing the use of mechanical equipment.
CFD simulations were conducted to investigate the natural ventilation performance of the proposed design
including biosphere funnels under a 70m high canopy, covering a development of 3 low-rise office blocks and
a luxury hotel, complete with a retail complex at the lower levels
