New JiangWan Parkview Green Development, Shanghai PRC

The objective is to carry out an all-encompassing sustainability and MEP design by incorporating passive design elements to improve the comfort level of its occupants whilst minimizing the use of mechanical equipment. CFD simulations were conducted to investigate the natural ventilation performance of the proposed design including biosphere funnels under a 70m high canopy, covering a development of 3 low-rise office blocks and a luxury hotel, complete with a retail complex at the lower levels. The development includes a total floor area of 120,000 m².
Eclat Services Apartment, Huidong PRC

The objective of assignment is to compile building services specifications for the development and to obtain LEED Gold rating. We offered qualified LEED professional consultation to the client and attended coordination meetings with the contractors to guide them towards achieving the targeted Gold accreditation requirements. The development consists of two 16 level service apartment blocks each with two levels of basement, grossing a floor area of 68800 m².
Hospital Authority’s Corporate Data Centre 7 Power Management Replacement, Hong Kong
(Completed in 2017)
Responsible for review, coordination and inspection of the replacement works and verified that the works sequence has no safety hazards or power degradation. Our professional engineers offered on site monitoring of the replacement works and the project was completed in a timely matter.
ICE for Black Point Power Station, Hong Kong
(Completed in 2018)
SCC was responsible for an overseas review and inspection of the factory test for the 6.6kV switchboards used by CLP's combined cycle gas turbine. Our professional engineers offered independent verification on the equipment's calibration and inspected a series of electrical tests.
A&A Works for La Hacienda, The Peak
(2018 - Present)
Provide Design Services for renovation of a prestigious residential development at Kellett Mount Road. Electrical works will be the major part of the project. Careful engineering design on minimizing the impact of the electrical system switch over is the main challenge of this project.
